LumenAir
The LumenAir series of precision air systems are the industry standard for stable high-accuracy airflow to the extrusion die. Each air channel is controlled by a discrete set point value which can be entered on the full-color touch screen or set remotely via one of the standard external control inputs connected from your extruder control system.

The LumenAir series of precision air systems is the industry standard for stable, high-accuracy airflow to the extrusion die. The new compact LA1C series delivers the same precise air control in a much smaller, wall-mounted design.
Air output is regulated by a digital setpoint value, which can be configured via the 7-inch touchscreen or remotely through external control inputs connected to your extrusion control system.
All LumenAir systems feature precision internal air pumps and require no external air compressor. Installation is as simple as plugging the unit into any standard power outlet. Precise air pressure is maintained through microprocessor control and the latest high-resolution digital pressure sensor technology.

LumenAir - ORIGINAL SERIES
These modular units are portable and easily moved between extrusion lines. An optional wall-shelf allows for easy installation at eye level, or use the optional mobile cabinet to combine multiple LumenAir units for any number of air channels your extrusion line requires.
