AccuWeir is a result of over ten years of developing custom downstream equipment for extrusion of micro-tubing products. This new compact design adds many improvements over our existing MicroCenter weir, and lets you add very accurate weir positioning to almost any water trough. AccuWeir allows for fine adjustments as small as 0.001” for product centering as well as weir-to-die distance. With a small size of just 4” x 4” square, AccuWeir easily mounts to your trough with four 1/4” bolts. AccuWeir will usually be in- stock for immediate shipping. If you require a custom adaptor plate for mounting, we can usually manufacture one for you in a day or two.
